Business Manager – Medical Products
Job Role : • To direct a high performing Medical Business in-country, including the development of a local strategy consistent with the Global Medical Strategy, ensuring the safe and reliable servicing of medical customers, and the generation of profitable business growth • Has over-all responsibility for all aspects of the Medical business including sales, marketing, CSC, Operations, requiring very close liaison and partnership with many ISP departments and functions and relevant departments within PGS • Contributes to the over-all performance of the local ISP BU as a member of the local ISP Management Team Contributes to regional medical strategy and performance as a member of the regional peer team KPIs • In-depth understanding of the local market place, individual customers, customer segments and competitors built within the market sector Sales and profit targets met / Sales growth acquired from a customer needs based targeted approach • Medical Safety statistics: medical incidents & near misses, MIR’s, tracked and continuously improved • CAPEX properly managed • Rigorous local business strategy consistent with global and regional medical strategies developed, agreed and implemented • Accounts properly managed, New business delivered as per targets • Regulatory strategy developed & executed • Motivated, effective and efficient medical team developed • Staff capability and commitment to achieve the targets built • Leadership and professional development of the medical team provided Qualification & Experience : • Relevant degree with appropriate equivalent work experience in any of the following- sales, Operations, CSC & Marketting. • Relevant external experience within the healthcare industry is a must. • Strategy development and implementation experience
